Booking and Payment: To secure a booking, a deposit of 50% of the total fee is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before the event. If the deposit is not received within seven days of booking, the reservation will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy: If the client cancels the event, the deposit will not be refunded. In the event of severe weather conditions, the event will be rescheduled for another mutually agreed-upon date, and the deposit will be transferred to the new date.
Liability: Our company is not liable for any damages or losses that may occur during the event. This includes but is not limited to loss or damage of equipment, injury to persons, and loss of revenue.
Copyright: The client shall have the right to use the images and videos for personal use only. The company retains the right to use the images and videos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to advertising, exhibitions, and website content.
Delivery of Products: The final edited images and videos will be delivered to the client within four to six weeks of the event.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: Our company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration.
